  • If you would like to create a new Fetrecruitment account, please follow the steps below:

    1. Click on the Sign In button in the top right rail.
    2. Type in your preferred email and password in the boxes on the screen.
    3. Upload your resume or build a new one through our resume builder.
    4. Check your email inbox for a confirmation email from Fetrecruitment (check your spam folder).
    5. Click on the link in the confirmation email to confirm your new Fetrecruitment account
  • If you would like to reset your password, please visit the Sign In link in the upper right corner of any Fetrecruitment page.

    Click "Forgot Your Password?" at the bottom of the login box, then enter the email address associated with your Fetrecruitment account and click Submit.

    Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Be sure to click the link as soon as you receive it - it's valid for 24 hours.

    If you accidentally created a Fetrecruitment account with a typo in your email, unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the password for the account and will need to create a new account.

    • You would like feedback on your application for a job role they have advertised on our site.

    recruiter's details can be found on their job posting, if the recruiter has chosen to expose this information.
    If you have made an application the details of the recruiter your application has been sent to will appear in the 'my applications' section of your account.

    • If you have requested the email, for example a password reset, please wait 15 mins to allow the email to arrive

  • To download your CV follow the below steps: 
    •   Signin as a jobseeker
    • Then click on (Your name)'s Account in the top right corner
    • Select the option for 'View profile'
    • Upper the 'My Profile' section click on the option 'Download CV'
    Note: Your CV will automatically download to your device
  • To upload a new CV to your talent account please follow the steps below:
    • Click here to sign in as a talent
    • Then click on (Your name)'s Account in the top right corner 
    • Click the option for ‘My CV’
    • Click ‘Upload your CV’
    • Click 'from this device'
    • Find your updated CV within your files, select it, then click 'open'
    • You will now see the name of your new CV stored in the "My Profile” section.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save my profile” orange button.
  • To edit a jobs by email  alerts follow the below steps:
    •  sign in as a jobseeker
    • The click on XXX's Account in the top right corner
    • This will reveal a menu select "My Jobs Alerts" section
    • Find the alert you want to edit
    • Click the edit criteria link https://www.fetrecruitment.com/candidate-dashboard/?profile_tab=job-alerts
    • Make the changes required and then
    • Click the save changes button
    • You will see a confirmation page saying: Your Jobs by email alert has been saved

    Note: The alert has now been edited You should now receive alerts that closer match your requirements
  • To log in as a recruiter, please click 'Dashboard' and select the 'Sign in' tab.
  • Please click on the 'Dashboard' button and select the 'Forgotten password' link. You will be prompted to provide the email address you registered with and you will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that we require separate logins for our jobseeker and recruiter services.

  • Fetrecruitment hosts jobs posted by a diverse set of companies. This includes startup and small to medium-sized businesses as well as large corporations.

Recruiters Help Center

  • All plans have a limit on the number of active jobs you can post:

    • Starter = 1 active job

    • Lite = 3 active jobs

    • Standard = 4 active jobs

    • Pro = 5active jobs

    • Larger plans have custom job posting limits. Please contact us on chat to discuss.

    If you try to post more jobs than your plan allows you will be prompted to upgrade or close some jobs to remain under your plan limit.

  • Many of the common technical errors that occur on websites can be solved by clearing the Temporary Internet Files (Cache) and Cookies within your browser. If you are receiving an error message or a page is not loading, clearing the cache and cookies is the first step to take.
    When should I clear by cache and cookies?
    The following scenarios are often solved by clearing the cache and cookies, reopening the browser, and logging back in:

    • Can't view a page on the site
    • Page does not load
    • Page no longer exists
    • Can't login
    • Page cannot be displayed
    • You receive an error message of any type

  • Your Company Page will show all of your jobs currently listed on Fetrecruitment that meet quality guidelines.
  • When someone searches for a job on Fetrecruitment, Featured Jobs get better visibility and appear for longer than non-featured jobs. 
  • Fetrecruitment services is offered in the states of New York only.
  • Use one of two methods to easily update or change your account information (your name, email address, company address, phone number, or password):
    1) Sign in and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Select "Account." Update your desired field(s).
    2) Simply follow this link: https://www.fetrecruitment.com/recruiters-account/.

    Once you update your desired field(s), be sure to click "Save Changes" before navigating away from the page.

  • Just like the "404 error" page you will sometimes see displayed on the internet, similar errors will make their way onto our websites. You can rest assured, however, as we act promptly to find a solution to your issue. Contact one of our agents so we can look for the best solution together.

  • Active jobs are the number of jobs currently active status. This means they are being syndicated to our network of job boards and talents are able to apply.
  • All Fetrecruitment plans and charges are in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Contact our customer success team on fet@fetrecruitment.com to request refund. 

    Refund policies:

    1. All paid plans have a 15 day 100% satisfaction guarantee where you can get a full refund for any reason.

    2. Refunds outside the 1 5day window are at our discretion but we will always be reasonable.

  • No. We do not require you to sign an annual contract.
  • Because Fetrecruitment reaches the right talents, at the right time, at the right price.
  • Campaigns are on a month-to-month basis. You are billed for the previous month with 30-day terms.
  • To ensure only valid recruiters and jobseekers access the site, every profile is reviewed by our team. Once your information is approved, you will be able to use our site. This normally takes no longer than one hour on weekdays. Accounts created on weekends or holidays may take longer to approve.
  • You can promote your job posting by purchasing a package of featured jobs from our leads page.
  • Make sure to add your company description,and logo. We also recommend listing benefits in the company and the job description page. If you have more questions or concerns, contact us at hello@fetrecruitment.com.
  • Your receipt will be sent to you automatically when your payment is processed on our side. If you don’t receive your receipt, please email us at hello@fetrecruitment.com.
  • Fetrecruitment is primarily accessed through your desktop or laptop computer, but our android will be available soon follow by our IOS app.
